This was quite an epic job I can tell you. Working out the design and doing the illustrations, some with cut aways etc was quite a big challenge. I first went to a meeting about this in 2019 I think and then due to Covid it was postponed because the museum was shut. I picked it up again and finally finished last year. Then it had to go back through the museum system and be all checked off. I also created a little character called Roundel, based on the London Transport logo , who guides you through the book and museum too. I've put in my original cover too as I liked it but it was a bit too arty I think!
